The Story of QUANTIQ

QUANTIQ started its journey to being the UK’s largest privately own Dynamics practice back in 2014, with the acquisition of Tectura UK by the still CEO and Chairman Stuart Fenton.

Over the past 6 years QUANTIQ has continued to grow and has built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading Dynamics partners. There have been many key moments in our success. From first reaching the Microsoft Inner Circle in 2017 (the same year that both the Power BI and the UK’s first D365 practise were opened), to 2018 launching the Retail, Charity and Healthcare divisions. 2019 saw the launch of the our Testing Team, our 24x7 Support Model and the opening of our Manila office. In 2020, one of the most challenging years for business, we still grew, hiring 97 new teammates and opening an Engineering Centre in Hyderabad, all throughout a global pandemic. And to kick off 2021, we launched our Azure Practice.

But this is still just the beginning for QUANTIQ, the business shows no signs of slowing. With plans in the pipeline for continued growth, both in the UK and overseas, there is much more to come…

MAD Team

MAD stands for Make A Difference. The MAD Team is made up of teammates from around the business who volunteer to meet regularly and discuss how we can make QUANTIQ the best possible place to work. Whether it is reviewing our current benefits package, employee support initiatives or company events, the MAD Team cover everything from employee satisfaction and teammate benefits to injecting some fun into the company’s Social Calendar.

The MAD team members change each year to keep the ideas fresh and allow different people to be involved.

Our team are pioneering and delivering new solutions to our clients, you could say that even we don’t know the full extent of Dynamics 365 capabilities, which is just one example of a challenge that drives our team! We also collaborate with a number of training providers such as the AAT.

We understand the need to support our people to stay up to date with the latest technology, not only will you be encouraged to attain Microsoft certifications this will also be supported with regular lunch and learn exploring subjects not only related to Dynamics 365 but also health and wellbeing, business and motivational sessions delivered by QQ teammates or guest speakers.
