Terms & Conditions

  • QUANTIQ’s HelpDesk999 is designed to provide immediate support to users who do not have a current Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Agreement.
  • An hourly charge of £150.00 will be applied for any time consumed outside of the first *FREE 30 minutes of your initial call.
  • HelpDesk999 can be used for up to a 3 month period following the first free 30 minute session.  Within this period you will be offered an option to migrate to a QUANTIQ Standard Support Plan.
