QUANTIQ Partners with Optimum

QUANTIQ partners with Optimum for end user training.

QUANTIQ, one of the UK’s leading Microsoft Dynamics partners, has teamed up with ERP training consultancy Optimum to offer its clients a full range of end user training services.

The importance of effective user training is often underestimated by ERP implementation partners but QUANTIQ has recognised the business benefits of planning a customised programme from the outset of the project.

“QUANTIQ is a best of breed in the UK,” said Joanne Harrison, Optimum’s sales director “and it’s extremely refreshing that they appreciate just how critical a role professional end user training plays in the most successful Microsoft Dynamics implementations.”

Candice Arnold, Marketing Director at QUANTIQ, said:  “Making the lives of our ERP end users easy is a prime objective for QUANTIQ.  We believe effective training educates and equips our customers to handle change and optimise the running of their new system, our partnership with Optimum makes this a reality.”

QUANTIQ offers consulting, implementation, managed services and cloud solutions for the full suite of Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV and CRM systems.  Its client base includes manufacturing, life sciences, retail, distribution and commerce, meaning there is a great deal of synergy with Optimum’s own industry expertise.

A key element of QUANTIQ’s approach is to work with their client to design a system that delivers the business benefits they have specified through streamlining processes, eliminating inefficiencies and improving decision making.

“But any system is only as good as the people who use it,” noted Harrison.  “If staff are not given structured, role-specific training at the right time, those business benefits are likely to be diluted.”

Through this strategic partnership QUANTIQ will be able to add further value to its client services by opening up a full range of end user training options.  Optimum has unparalleled expertise across the entire Microsoft Dynamics suite and can tailor its training programmes to suit any scenario.

Optimum’s flexible approach includes the planning, design, development and / or delivery of a completely customised training programme, working with in-house trainers if required, or they can provide any individual element from an initial training needs analysis to writing reference guides.

ERP implementation partners frequently recommend a ‘train-the-trainer’ strategy where key members of the implementation team train colleagues and cascade their knowledge down.  Where this is the most effective option, Optimum supports those trainers by giving them the resources and the skills to communicate exactly what their end user groups need to know.

Harrison summed up:  “We’re delighted to be partnering with such a forward looking consultancy as QUANTIQ and helping to ensure that their clients achieve the very best from their Microsoft Dynamics implementations.”
