    Business Central QuickStart NAV Accelerator – The Process


    Step 1: Review and Suitability

    With your designated QUANTIQ Expert, your exact requirements will be discussed along with an initial review of your current system to assess suitability.


    Step 2: Export

    QUANTIQ will export your master data from NAV. (For minimal disruption, this can be undertaken outside business-critical hours).


    Step 3: Data Cleansing

    Once your data has been extracted from NAV, you will have the opportunity to carry out a cleansing exercise on your data (if required).


    Step 4: Data Import and Testing

    Data will be imported to Business Central.

    At this stage your designated QUANTIQ expert will address any Business Central specific set-ups that will need to be completed in your new system such as MTD, Users, Permissions etc. 

    In addition- opening balances for your old NAV system will be provided (GL Ledger, Account’s Receivables/ Payables, Opening Balances, Inventory etc,) - these will be loaded to your new system ready to use.


    Step 5: Go-Live!

    QUANTIQ will support you during each step of the process, with additional support collateral and learning materials to ensure you are fully supported in your journey to the Cloud.


    Step 6: QUANTIQ Support

    Familiarisation training is available to ensure you are getting the most out of your new system! Plus, additional training on the Power Platform & Power BI can be purchased at an additional fixed cost if required (with the ability to integrate seamlessly into your new system).
